For the festive season: Beautifully crafted Gucci Gifts, decorated with the season’s exclusive Blooms print. Design of the gods: For his first season for GUCCI, Alessandro Michele created the DIONYSUS BAG Collection, which is distinguished by a striking double Tiger-head closure. This unique detail references the Greek god of wine Dionysus, who in myth is said to have transformed himself into a tiger to carry a young nymph across the river that then became known as the Tigris. The Dionysus Bag is made in a number of versions in a variety of materials – suede, python and crocodile – and, perhaps in its most distinctive form, features the GG Supreme print, a contemporary take on the Gucci G motif. It also comes in a model displaying a hand-embroidered bee, created by an exclusive technique using thin strips of brass wrapped in silk thread.

Another season, another drop dead gorgeous handbag collection from GUCCI.
And it doesn't get much sweeter than a handbag emblazoned with a honey
bee. Gucci's new Dionysus collection is defined by fanciful motifs
- a honey bee here, a Gucci floral motif there - but it's the unique
tiger-head hardware that really makes it covetable.
