VALENTINO Via Monte Napoleone

VALENTINO RTW Fall/Winter 2011/12 - My selections

With this collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccoli who have inherited Valentino's storied house are unlocking its potential, carefully cutting its culture free of anything staid, ladylike, and chichi. Remarkably, they've done that while staying true to Valentino's authority over lace, day dresses, perfect coats, and evening columns, dispensing with fuss and froufrou to make all of it imaginable in ways that straight to the heart of the way modern girls dress.

Enchanting. Like a fairytale couture. yet there is no drama.Classic cuts & drapes. Lace is always enticing. It defines feminine charms & is sexy.Love the lacy designs. Valentino is adept at infusing seduction in a subtle way. The sheer long dresses are flrtatious.Intricate Finer details add glamor.Colors are earthy & subdued, attractive
